Washing instruction:

• Hand wash in cold water, gentle cycle, mild soap, and dry flat.
• Do not dry-clean or tumble dry. Do not use bleach.
• Dry in an air current, do not expose this belt to any heat source and store it in a cool, dry place.

Instructions for use:

1. First put inner maternity belts on the abdomen, then adjust comfortable and paste adhesive fixed.
2. Please make sure the outer layer maternity belts prop on the back, feeling comfortable after adjusting to the back then sitck on the inner care athletic.
3. Use long strap around the top of the abdominal wall, affixed to the outer ends of the care athletic.
   4. Adjust the outer maternity belts, so that the waist, abdomen can be in the most comfortable state.
